Don’t Be The Only One Involved In Your Job Search

Searching for a new job is hard. In fact for some it’s the hardest thing they will ever do in their lives. Doing it completely alone only make it more difficult and more un-enjoyable. We all need help and there isn’t anything wrong with obtaining that help when needed.

According to some statistics, 64% of Americans consider themselves to be fairly strongly religious. If you fall into that 64% and consider yourself to be a Christian, remember, you have the most powerful helper available when searching for a new job. I’m not going to get all theological here but I do want the reader to understand that you and God make a majority in any and every aspect of your life. Not allowing Him to become part of finding that new job reduces your resources significantly.

There is an old saying “Being somewhere God doesn’t want you is the most miserable place to be”. I can not more strongly advise any job seeker than to take advantage of the network you might have at your house of worship. Most of all, make your primary Job Search Counselor the Lord Himself. If you allow Him to place you in your next job, you have a win, win situation.
